Holden Environmental (Electronic Recycling) is a subsidary of Holden Environmental. Holden Environmental , the major Waste Transfer Station in it's region, has been in operation throughout the twentieth century, modernising continuously.

Holden Environmental (ElectronicRecycling) began in April 1996, specialising in optimal waste handling for the electronics industry in Scotland. It quickly developed expertise in processing I.C.Shipping Trays for reuse and expanded it's catchment area to include Printed Circuit Board fabricators throughout Europe.

European legislation in outline obliges disposers to ensure that packaging is re-used and the financial implications for failure are high. Holden Environmental (Electronic Recycling) manges the problem for P.C.B. fabricators by providing certificates for re-use for all the trays it sells after processing.

Holden Environmental (Electronic Recycling) acquires trays from P.C.B. fabricators and administers uplift. They are then sorted by make, part number including revision and stored to be processed, packaged and dispatched to fulfil orders.

Processing, inspection and quality control are identical to those applied by tray manufacturers except that every tray is subjected to every procedure whereas manufacturers inspect some sample percentages only. Full formal written procedures are avialable and the copy of a typical Inspection Report is attached to this document.
